Princess Stormm, Will's Way Inc.'s board chair, a native St. Louisan, and granddaughter of Willoria had a penchant for the arts at an early age - including dancing, music, cheerleading, and fashion. Stormm pursued and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication in 2014 from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. While attending university, she volunteered on a radio show called, "The U", participated as a member of the Black Associated Collegians, and interned at Radio One St. Louis where, months later, she became an employee. Her career has progressed to her current position as a radio personality, "Princess Stormm", for St. Louis's hottest Hip-Hop and R&B station.

Additionally, Princess Stormm is recognized internationally in the fashion and entertainment industries for her fashion style and notable personality. She has interviewed several A-list celebrities, small start-up business owners, and everything in between. As the author of fashion blog, Stormm Styles, Stormm helps women discover their inner fashionista while also bringing her community the latest celebrity news. Her passion for fashion led her to donate and assist high school girls attain wardrobes for their proms, graduations, and other special events, along with securing sponsors for this endeavor.

Storm began her involvement with Will's Way Inc. in 2011 as a volunteer, working as an intern during summer and winter breaks. In 2014, she was named Board Chair, focusing on fundraisers and developing the program.

In 2011, Angela Barnes-Malone, daughter of Willoria Barnes-Miller, founded Will’s Way Inc., in her memory and since that time she has devoted herself to this non-profit organization. Angela works closely with all day-to-day operations.

​Angela’s intimate knowledge of the program’s charter from her years of dedication, and having formulated its purpose, allows her to continue to grow Will’s Way, Inc.’s initiative on behalf of the foundation. Along with working at Will’s Way, Inc., Angela is an entrepreneur and studied early childhood education at Forest Park Community College. Angela always looks for the best in people; she has a big heart, loves assisting children, and spends time with her adult children Jeffrey and KiKi, grandson Ace and husband Ken. Angela is a foster parent heavily involved in the community, and an active member of Tandy's Neighborhood Improvement Association and the Sumner Alumni Association. The Show Me State Red Hat Ladies (2023) and Grand Harmony Order of Eastern Star Missouri Jurisdiction (2015). She also currently serves as Block Captain for her neighborhood, in 2017 she received the Kaplan Early Childhood Trailblazer Award, the 2018 Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. Achieving Excellence One Step Beyond Award, the 2019 Crowned Grand Harmony Order of Eastern Star award, and the Association Matron Winter Wonderland Queen award.

One of the most important highlights of Angela's life is her niece Sakoria Williams and her two sons Karter and Kairo.

Craig Morris Jr. was selected as Will’s Way Inc. Public Relations in 2014 where his duties include all social media platforms and graphic designs for Will’s Way Inc. website and works closely with the Board Chair. Craig graduated with a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Missouri- Saint Louis. He was born and raised in north Saint Louis. Growing up Craig always had a passion for art. He wanted to be an art teacher, then a graffiti artist, now a graphic designer. Craig believes anything is possible and that tremendous things happen to the believer. When it comes to life he has a positive outlook on just about anything.

Kenneth Malone

Kenneth Malone the son-in-law of Willoria Barnes-Miller, was named executive director of Will’s Way, Inc. in 2014, after having served as board chair for three years prior. He was selected because of his skill set as a communicator and organizational leader. Kenneth is instrumental in seeking and garnering corporate partnerships, overseeing all foundation consultants, and acting as a liaison to the foundation board.

Kenneth is a graduate of the Business Finance High School, and has completed several trade and technical school courses such as computer programming from Brian Institute; and carpentry, plumbing, pipe fitting, and electrical training from Ranken Technical College. Kenneth worked 18 years with Daimler Chrysler until the company relocated from St. Louis, Missouri. He now works for BSI Constructors as a Manager.

​Judy Boyd has served as Vice President of the Board of Directors for Wills’s Way, Inc. since 2014 where her responsibilities include implementing and supervising the Will’s Way Inc. members. She works closely with the Executive Director. She is proud to have been educated in the St. Louis Public School System, graduating from Sumer High School in 1972. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Fontbonne University and her Master's Degree in Theological Studies from Covenant Theological Seminary. Judy is an Administrative Assistant for a major agribusiness company in the St. Louis metropolitan area. She is also the Director of Religious Education for Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church. She believes both secular and Christian education are vital to one's growth. She says, "We must strive always to live at peace with all men. I do this by acknowledging Jesus Christ as the Lord of my life, endeavoring to bring Him glory and honor in all that I say and do. This is a daily undertaking requiring prayer, forgiveness and love for all."


Beverly Curry

Secretary

Beverly Curry was selected to be the Will’s Way, Inc. secretary in 2011, a position that has a wide range of responsibilities and plays a critical communications role. In 2014 she was re-elected. She fosters communications and utilizes important records such as meeting minutes, agendas, and updates, gives proper meeting notices, reviews documents as necessary, and provides timely distribution of materials. Beverly works closely with the executive director and treasurer.

Beverly is the office manager for one of the high schools within the St. Louis Public Schools district. A native of Starkville, Mississippi, her family relocated to St. Louis, Missouri when she was a young child. She attended and graduated from St. Mark’s Academy in St. Louis. Later she received an Associate’s Degree in Theology from Metropolitan Christian Bible Institute (MCBI). Beverly has two adult daughters and is raising her teenage grandson, Brian.

Elbert Jaquess Jr. was first introduced to the Will’s Way Inc. foundation and joined the board in 2014. As a board member, Elbert works closely with the Will’s Way Inc. board members by aiding and advocating throughout the community for a healthier lifestyle. He is very reliable and executes all tasks allocated.

Elbert worked in public service as a civil engineer for over 5 years. He currently works in the Development Review department as an Associate Engineer with the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.

He graduated from Sumner High School where he was valedictorian of his graduating class. Afterward, he pursued a B.S. in Math and Civil Engineering via the dual-degree program at Lane College and Tennessee State University.

During his undergraduate studies, he participated in marching band and served as drum major for 1-year, played baseball, served as a resident assistant, worked on the school newspaper publication, and became a member of Brothers for Love, Achievement, Culture, and Knowledge, Inc. Currently, he attends Salt Covenant Baptist Church where he serves as a deacon, armor bearer, and choir member (7 years). He also sings tenor voice as a member of the Legend Singers Choral Ensemble (5 years). His hobbies are exercising, reading, and raising his four boys.

Nicola was born and raised in Saint Louis, Missouri. She attended St. Louis Public Schools until her freshman year of high school when she enrolled in the VICC program. While enrolled in the VICC program Nicola attended Pattonville High School and North Technical High School. After graduating from high school she earned an Associate in Science Degree at Forest Park Community College in Criminal and Juvenile Justice and a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from Concordia University. In July of 2002, Nicola joined the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department. During her time with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, she has served as a Patrol Officer, Field Training Officer, and Community Outreach Officer. Nicola and her husband, Darryl, reside in the City of St. Louis with their children.

Lawanda ​joined Will’s Way, Inc. in 2011 as a board member where her responsibilities include event planning, facilitating workshops, and activities that enhance the growth of program participates, which is designed to promote healthy lifestyles.
