Tuna Salad Sandwich

white flaked tuna in water drained
stalk celery finely diced
dill pickle spear finely chopped
green onion sliced
mayonnaise
dijon mustard
lemon juice
salt and pepper
wheat bread
mix ingredients together in bowl, serve between bread


Chicken Wraps

​1 mission wraps 8pk
2 cups leftover roast chicken (shredded)
1 cup salsa
100g cheese (grated)
​preheat oven to 180°C
line a baking tray with baking paper
in a bowl, mix the chicken, salsa and one-quarter of the grated cheese


Healthy Mac and Cheese with Broccoli

8 ounces elbow macaroni, shells or other short cut pasta (if desired, use gluten-free or legume pasta)
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cups small florets of broccoli (2 heads)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
¾ cup 2% milk
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or 1 cup cheddar)
2 tablespoons grated or shredded pecorino romano cheese (don’t omit!*)
1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
italian seasoned panko, for serving (optional)
in a pan, mix together and place in the oven to cook


Quesadillas

pico de gallo
smoked mozzerella cheese
 black beans 
cheddar cheese
green onions
2 tortillas
add ingredients to 2 tortillas, sear on pan, cut and serve


Peanut Butter Muffins

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup rolled oats 
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder 
1/2 teaspoon salt 
1 1/4 cups milk 
1/4 cup peanut butter 
​1 egg
​mix together and bake in oven



Peanut Butter Apple Stackers

core apples
cut each apple crosswise into six slices
spread peanut butter over six slices
sprinkle with fillings of your choice
top with remaining apple slices


Chocolate Avocado Smoothie

1/2 avocado
1 banana 
1 cup Chocolate Milk
add avocado, banana, and chocolate milk to blender and blend until smooth


Minions Banana Pudding Cups

3.4 oz package instant vanilla pudding
3,4 oz package instant banana cream pudding 
2 cups milk
8 oz package cream cheese 
14oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract 
8 oz frozen whipped topping 
1/2 package of mini vanilla wafers 
6 bananas, sliced and brushed with lemon juice
16 cream filled chocolate cookies
4 mini cream filled chocolate cookies
mix together, refrigerate, and serve

1 banana 
frozen strawberries

almond milk
greek yogurt
blend together and serve


No Bake Snowflake Cookies

Graham Crackers 
(12 full sheets, approximately 2 cups crushed)
3/4 cup cream cheese, softened (6 oz)
Snowflake Shaped Sprinkles

Pigs in a Blanket

8-oz. can refrigerate crescent roll dough
14-oz. package cocktail-sized smoked sausages, patted dry
1 large egg
everything bagel seasoning (optional)
wrap sausages in crescent roll, brush with egg, and place in oven to cook


Fresh Fruit Salad​

1 medium pineapple, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 pint (2 cups) fresh strawberries, sliced
1 (2 cups) blueberries
1 small bunch (2 cups) seedless green grapes
1 bunch leaf lettuce
1 cup raspberry vinaigrette dressing
3 to 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
mix ingredients together and serve


​Cheese Tortellini in Creamy Marinara

12 to 16 ounces frozen or refrigerated fheese tortellini
28 ounce can crushed fire roasted tomatoes (or best quality crushed tomatoes)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon kosher salt
3 cups baby spinach leaves, tightly packed (or chopped spinach)
8 fresh basil leaves
4 ounce goat cheese log
when the pasta is done and drained, add it to the skillet. Crumble in the goat cheese into the sauce and stir until a creamy sauce forms (if you’d like, save out a few crumbles for topping). Serve immediately.


Bubble Pizza

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 jar pizza sauce
2 tubes refrigerator biscuits
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
​1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
mix together in pan and cook in oven


Gingerbread Pancakes

2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar 
1 tsp ground ginger 
1tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp freshly ground nutmeg
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
2 large eggs 
1 1/2 tbsp vegetable 
​1/4 cup molasses
​mix together, pour into pan, cook on medium heat
